I have been on the phone with various members of Microsoft sales and support with no success and I am more than just unhappy. No one will address the problem from beginning to end. When I asked how can I reach the complaint department I was told by Microsoft sales and support there isn't one.

As a long time customer I am very dissatisfied. Everyone I have spoken with, English was their second language. A couple times I got disconnect and the person I was talking too did not return my call. I had to start the process all over.
